Order

Orders can be placed via the cart on our website, by telephone, fax, e-mail or post.

Orders by telephone can be placed from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. CET and Fridays from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. CET.

When ordering please provide the following information. New customers will receive a customer number when placing their first order.

Prices

Our updated price list is available on our website. All prices are in euros (EUR) plus statutory VAT / sales tax plus shipping charges for countries outside Germany. Country-specific customs and additional fees may be levied (non-EU states and non-European countries).

Delivery

No minimum order value is required. The amount of shipping costs depends on the delivery zone. Special deliveries of our antibody service are exempted from the shipping costs below; they are subject to separate transport and packaging fees.

Shipment

All consignments within Germany and all normal consignments within Europe zone 1 will be dispatched with GLS. Express deliveries to Europe zone 1 will be dispatched with DER KURIER (except non-EU states). Within Europe zone 2 we ship consignments with DER KURIER and with FedEx for non-European countries. On request, consignments will be shipped with a forwarder of your choice. Please submit your FedEx account details for FedEx shipments.

Delivery times

The anticipated delivery time of a product is shown under the product details on our website. From Monday to Thursday goods in stock are usually shipped to you immediately. You will generally receive out of stock goods by the middle/end of the following week if the order has been placed by Thursday 2.00 p.m.

Terms of payment

Invoices are payable 30 days after the date of invoice. Payments to dianova can be made via credit card or bank transfer. For international sales/new customers we reserve the right to ask for prepayment when opting for bank transfer. All bank charges shall be borne by the buyer.

We accept VISA and Master-Card. When placing an order, please provide us with the credit card number, expiry date and CVC number. For data protection reasons it is not permitted to submit any credit card details by e-mail. Additional fees for credit card payments amount to EUR 7.50. We currently do not offer the credit card payment option for customers in Germany.

Payment in advance

For prepaid deliveries you will receive an order confirmation including all further information as well as bank details.

Return of goods

After prior agreement with dianova, return of wrongly ordered goods is in many cases possible, with the proviso that the goods have been stored correctly and the product is undamaged. However, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee in individual cases. The customer bears the cost of returning goods to dianova. Return of customized products is not possible.

Products for research and diagnostics

Our products are destined for exclusive use in recognized research and diagnostics institutions and are not suitable for treatment purposes nor intake. Products are therefore only sold to persons or private companies exercising their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Otherwise dianova’s General Terms and Conditions as from time to time amended shall apply.
