Enzyme-Conjugated Secondary Antibodies

Enzyme-conjugated secondary antibodies are used in IHC, Western Blot or ELISA. Our partner Jackson ImmunoResearch offers reagents with two different enzyme-conjugates, each with distinct advantages. Both conjugates make antigens easily detectable after a short incubation step with chromogenic or chemiluminescent substrates. Biotin-conjugated antibodies allow an additional amplification step that can be of use in certain assays. Learn in this section more about the advantages of HRP-, ALP-, or Biotin-conjugates.
