Immunofluorescent Staining Kits for Homologous Tissues / Regular Stainings

The indirect staining of primary antibodies from mouse on mouse tissue is often made more difficult by high background signals. The main reason for this problem is that an anti-mouse secondary antibody cannot distinguish the primary mouse antibody from endogenous immunoglobulins in the tissue. Kits that are optimized for the detection of primary antibodies in homologous tissue from MaxVision come with optimized blocking reagents to reduce unspecific staining of endogenous immunoglobulins.
