Dianova’s monoclonal Anti-Mouse Antibodies are developed and validated specifically for the detection of murine Biomarkers in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections (Mouse FFPE). We concentrate on targets, which are not or only insufficiently detectable in murine FFPE-tissues by Immunohistochemistry (IHC) so far. In particular, the focus is on the expression and immunohistochemical (IHC) localization of CD-marker in the fixed mouse tissue.
