dianova constantly develops and validates new antibodies for immunohistochemical (IHC) detection of important biomarkers in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.

Under the trademark “ONCOdianova” new antibodies for tissue-based detection of cancer immunology checkpoint biomarkers are developed, e.g. anti-TIGIT or anti-CD155 and anti-CD73.

(Point-)Mutation-specific antibodies against targets with diagnostic potential, e.g. IDH1 R132H and mutated Calreticulin, are another focus.
