RM180 specifically reacts to Histone H3 monomethylated at Lysine 56 (K56me1). No cross reactivity with nonmodified Lysine 56 (K56Ctrl), or other methylations in histone H3.
Western Blot of acid extracts of HeLa cells (1) and recombinant histone H3.3 (2), using RM180 at 1 ug/mL, showed a band of histone H3 monomethylated at Lysine 56 (K56me1) in HeLa cells.
