Frozen mouse intestine section was stained with Rat IgG1-UNLB isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0116-01; left) and Rat Anti-Mouse IgA-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1165-01; right) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3060-02) and DAPI. Paraffin embedded mouse small intestine section was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IgA-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1165-01; right) followed by an HRP conjugated secondary antibody, DAB, and hematoxylin. ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA.
