Weitere Produktinformationen
Based on antigen-binding assay and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with the Fc portion of mouse IgG2c but not with other mouse IgG subclasses, mouse IgM, or the Fab portion of mouse immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. The antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with human, bovine, and rabbit serum proteins, but it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Conjugate
Alkaline phosphatase (from calf intestine) conjugates are prepared by a modified method of Avremeas et al., Scand. J. Immunol. 1978. 8 (Supple. 7), 7. Resulting conjugates contain heterogeneous, high molecular weight complexes. They are sensitive reagents for solid-phase immunoassays such as ELISA and Western blotting. Although alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sometimes used for immunohistochemistry, penetration into whole mount tissues may be limited by their large sizes.
