BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1170-08) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD19-PE (SB Cat. No. 1575-09) followed by Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02). ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1170-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05). ELISA plate was coated with mouse serum and rat serum. Sera were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1170-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
