FLISA plate was coated with purified rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3070-02). Frozen mouse spleen tissue was stained with Rat IgG2b-UNLB isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0118-01; left) and Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1900-01; right) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3070-02) and DAPI. BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD45-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1660-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3070-02). BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD3ε-UNLB (SB Cat. 1535-01) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD19-PE (SB Cat. No. 1575-09) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3070-02).
