ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1020-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05). Paraffin embedded mouse lymph node section was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1020-08) followed by Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02) and DAPI. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD57-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1020-08) and Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02).
