Chromogens & Substrates

When enzyme-conjugates are used in Immunoassays the detection of the antigens is facilitated using chromogens & substrates. In this section you can find chromogens & substrates that can be used with HRP (HRPO, Horseradish Peroxidase) or Alkaline Phosphatase (Alk. Phos) in different methods for example Western Blotting (WB), Enzyme-linked-Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and others. The chromogens and substrate include commonly used reagents such as ABTS, AEC, BCIP/INT, DAB, TMB.
