This antiserum does not react with any other protein of mouse serum or plasma. To detect and identify the light chain type of immunoglobulins or free light chains in serum or other body fluids by immunoelectrophoresis or double radial immunodiffusion.
Delipidated, heat inactivated lyophilized whole serum. No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity It is reconstituted by adding 1 ml sterile distilled water, spun down to remove insoluble particles.
