Goat Antiserum anti-Monkey IgG+IgM+IgA (Fc)-unconj., MinX none

The reactivity of the antiserum is directed to the Fc subunits of the major immunoglobulins. It does not react with any non-Ig protein in monkey serum, as tested by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion. In immunoelectrophoresis and single and double radial immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify and measure immunoglobulins, as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal monkey serum.This antiserum is not intended for use in non-precipitating antibody-binding or other highly sensitive assays. For such uses labelled and unlabelled cytochemical and immunoassay grade reagents meeting the necessary additional specificity and performance requirements are available.

Delipidated, heat inactivated, lyophilized stable whole serum No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity. No foreign protein added. Total protein and IgG concentration in the antiserum are comparable to those of pooled goat serum. It is reconstituted by adding 1 ml sterile distilled water.
