BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgM-PE (SB Cat. No. 1021-09) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD19-FITC (SB Cat. No. 1575-02). FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgM-PE (SB Cat. No. 1021-09).
