ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1022-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05). BAL17 cells stably expressing T-tagged mouse CMTM7 were stained with Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1022-08) and incubated on ice (0 min) or at 37°C (30 min) for 30 minutes followed by Streptavidin-FITC. Image from Miyaza
