Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 18-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10085-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Multi-Species SP ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1038-30) and DAPI. FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Multi-Species SP ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1038-30).
