ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA and human IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1080-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD5-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1080-01) then Swine Anti-Goat IgG(H+L), Human/Rat/Mouse SP ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 6300-02).
