ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1080-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05). Paraffin embedded human colon cancer tissue was stained with Mouse Anti-Human MMP-9-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 12025-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1080-08), Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05), DAB, and hematoxylin. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD5-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1080-08) followed by Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02). TGFB1 stimulated human dermal fibroblasts were stained with anti-ACTA2 followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1080-08), CY3 conjugated Streptavidin, and DAPI.
