Paraffin embedded mouse small intestine section was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IgE-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1130-01; right) followed by an HRP conjugated secondary antibody, DAB, and hematoxylin. ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgE and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse IgE-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1130-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3060-05).
