Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD45RA-UNLB followed by Rat Anti-Mouse IgG2b-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1186-01) and Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3070-02). ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse IgG2b-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1186-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3070-05).
