Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 18-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10085-01; right) followed by Rat Anti-Mouse IgG2b-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1186-08), Streptavidin-CY3 (SB Cat. No. 7100-12), and DAPI. ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse IgG2b-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1186-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05). ELISA plate was coated with mouse serum and rat serum. Sera were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse IgG2b-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1186-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
