ELISA plate was coated with purified rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 3061-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05). BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD22-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1580-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 3061-08) and Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02).
