FLISA plate was coated with purified rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2a-AF647 (SB Cat. No. 3065-31). Con-A stimulated BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6A/E-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1755-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2a-AF647 (SB Cat. No. 3065-31).
