Chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Chicken IgM-PE (SB Cat. No. 8310-09) and Mouse Anti-Chicken CD3-FITC (SB Cat. No. 8200-02). FLISA plate was coated with purified chicken IgM and IgY. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Chicken IgM-PE (SB Cat. No. 8310-09).
