Native and Recombinant Proteins

Recombinant proteins offered by dianova can be used as protein standards or controls in cellular assays and Immunoassays like Western Blotting (WB) / Immunoblotting, ELISA or Flow Cytometry and also as immunogens. Highly purified growth factors and cytokines are biologically active and can be used as stimulants in cell culture based assays, for instance in proliferation assays, differentiation analysis or for the analysis of protein expression patterns in cells. Purified native proteins extracted from normal serum like Transferrin or Albumin ChromPure, Jackson ImmunoResearch can be used as reference antigens, calibrator or coating protein in a multitude of Immunoassays. Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) is used as blocking reagent in ELISA and Western Blotting (WB) experiments, IgG- And Protease-free BSA can be used as stabilizer in protein solutions.
